Charging a Customer for Incidentals/Overages after they’ve Paid

Moovs allows you to update the pricing for any reservation even after it’s already been marked paid.

Start by looking for a Paid reservation that needs an incidental, overage, toll, or gratuity update. Select Update Pricing, enter the new charge, and click Update Pricing.

You’ll notice that the reservation status changes from Paid to Not Paid. You can now select Charge Reservation and charge the updated due balance.
