Hi Moovers
If you are reading this you may have just joined Moovs from another system or practice of managing your reservations, or maybe you are looking for videos to review certain features of Moovs that you did when you set-up your account but now they need to be reviewed or changed.
No matter the reason, this series is to help build the foundation of your Moovs account, and review features that are essential to making the most of Moovs.
General Settings
The items and fields that are completed in your Settings are used throughout your account for a variety of different functions, for example the logo that is added to your Company page is used in emails as well as on your Booking Tool, the pricing layout that is added to your Preferences tab is presented to your customers as they make a reservation and on their Price Summary.
It is important to remember that these settings can be reviewed and changed as your business changes and grows, too.

Cancellation Policy
The Moovs Cancellation Policy builder is refund based, where you are able to select time period(s) that would allow your customer to be issued a refund value.
If you do not charge prior to the service being provided, we recommending detailing your cancellation policy in your Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions
Sometimes referred to as Terms of Service, this allows you to protect your business, its assets, and communicate with your passengers what they are and are unable to do. From how much you charge for waiting, extra stops or car seats to allowing alcohol consumption in the vehicles, this is the place for those details to be listed.
The Terms and Conditions section has built in titles to help guide you and create a cohesive document.

Drivers
Whether it is just you as the business manager and driver or you have a list of drivers you schedule, adding First Names and Telephone numbers to the Driver profiles are the essential elements to assigning reservations.
The added details of the profile picture are recommended as it is included in the communication with the passenger when the Drive updates their status.

Members
To manage reservations you may need to create access to Moovs for your office or dispatch staff. Please create a Member Profile for them to allow them to log in.

If you have a fleet of one or several, each Vehicle will need a profile to allow Moovs to use the correct pricing calculation based on your inputs, and display the Vehicle on your Booking Tool for your customers to reserve.
