Managing Driver Operations in the Moovs App

The Moovs app offers tools to help you manage driver operations effectively, including updating trip statuses and tracking driver assignments. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for these common tasks.

Sending Trip Updates to Drivers Not Using the Moovs Driver App

If a driver is not using the Moovs Driver App or isn’t receiving notifications, you can still facilitate trip status updates by sharing their Driver App link. Follow one of the methods below:

  1. From the Driver Profile: - Navigate to Settings > Drivers. - Select the driver from the list. - Tap the three dots in their profile. - Choose Copy Driver App Link, then share this link with the driver.

  2. From the Reservation Details: - Open the reservation assigned to the driver. - Go to the Links section. - Choose Copy Driver Link, then send this link to the driver.

By sharing the Driver App link, the driver can access their trip details and update statuses even without the app installed.

Tracking Driver Assignments in Reservations

Currently, the Moovs app does not allow direct searching of trips by driver within the operator interface. However, you can use the Reservations report from the dashboard to locate trips assigned to specific drivers by following these steps:

  1. Accessing the Reservations Report: - Go to Dashboard > Reservations. - Set the desired pickup date range. - Click the three dots on the All Reservations table and select Download results.

  2. Finding Assigned Driver Information: - Open the exported file in your preferred spreadsheet application. - Refer to Column AK to see the drivers assigned to each reservation.

This method allows you to efficiently identify trips associated with specific drivers.
