The Notification Center is a new space in Moovs where operators will soon be able to customize how, when, and to whom notifications are sent. In this first beta release you can edit the content of SMS notifications that are sent to passengers, drivers, and booking contacts.
What can I do in this version?
Customize the text content of your outgoing SMS notifications.
Apply your company voice and tone to align messaging with your brand.
What can I NOT do yet?
Adjust timing, frequency, or recipients of notifications.
Edit content for email notifications.
Create custom notification workflows.
These options will be released in future stages of the Notification Center.
🛠️ Important notes:
All your existing notification settings still function from their original location.
The only thing managed in the Notification Center is the content of your SMS messages.
Over time, all existing notification settings will be migrated into this centralized Notification Center.
