What is Moovs Communication?

Moovs Communication is a powerful VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) system that provides your business with a dedicated phone number for both automated texting and voice calls. How It Works

Your Dedicated Business Number

  • Each account receives a unique VOIP number

  • Use this number for both automated text messaging and voice calls

Inbound Call Handling

When someone calls your Moovs number:

  1. When someone calls a Moovs number, the system simultaneously forwards the call to all registered Members.

  2. Each Member receives the call along with the Moovs number as the caller ID.

  3. This caller ID immediately identifies the call as a business call coming through Moovs.

  4. Members can choose to answer or decline based on their availability, ensuring that at least one member is available to handle the call efficiently.

Call Notifications and Records

After each call, the system automatically:

  • Sends a detailed call summary to your general email address

  • Includes the actual caller's phone number

  • Provides call duration and basic call metrics

  • Creates a record for future reference

SMS Integration into Moovs Chat

Any SMS messages sent to your Moovs phone number will immediately appear in the Moovs Chat interface. This centralization streamlines communications, allowing team members to respond to messages promptly and maintain a complete communication record.
