Why Do I Get The “Error sending notification to driver”?

If you recently created a Driver Profile and you’re having issues assigning them to a trip, make sure that your driver has already installed the latest version of the Moovs Driver App

If an error message like this shows up, the most likely cause for this is an invalid phone number.

Please check on your Settings > Drivers > Select Driver > Double-check if all the information is correct.
