How do I fix a White Screen on the Driver App?

If you or your driver(s) are experiencing issues with the Moovs Driver app, such as a white screen, crashing, or problems updating trip status, clearing the cache or offloading the app can often resolve these issues.

For Android

Open the Settings app and navigate to Apps (or App Management).

Find and tap on the Moovs Driver app and click on Storage Usage

Tap Storage & cache and then tap Clear Cache followed by Clear Data. Reopen the Moovs Driver app and sign in again if prompted.

For iOS

1. Open the Settings app in your Home Screen

2. Open General, then to iPhone Storage

3. Scroll down and select the Moovs Driver App.

4. Click Offload App. If unavailable, select Delete App and reinstall the app from the App Store.
