What is the Setup Fee Exactly?

This process includes configuring all the features and services that come with the subscription tier you have selected. It ensures that your account is properly set up and ready for use with all the functionalities you expect.

I recently downgraded my account to Free. What will happen if I decide to Upgrade my Subscription again?

When you upgrade or downgrade your account, there are processes on the back-end that are being handled by the Moovs Team manually. This is where the Setup Fee is being used for. Since the setup fee is baked into the system, you will have to pay for it every time you upgrade your subscription.
