What is the Setup Fee Exactly?

This process includes configuring all the features and services that come with the subscription tier you have selected. The credit conversion process is typically completed immediately after payment is processed, ensuring that the credits are available for use starting from the next billing cycle.
I recently downgraded my account to Free. What will happen if I decide to Upgrade my Subscription again?
When you upgrade or downgrade your account, there are processes on the back-end that are being handled by the Moovs Team manually. This is where the Setup Fee is being used for. Since the setup fee is baked into the system, you will have to pay for it every time you upgrade your subscription. Once the payment is complete, the $299 setup fee will automatically be converted into credits on your account. These credits can then be applied to cover future monthly subscription charges in subsequent billing cycles. This crediting process is designed to ensure that users benefit from the setup fee paid at checkout. The credits derived from the setup fee are automatically applied to your account, offsetting subscription charges in future billing cycles until they are fully utilized. They remain valid across billing periods, ensuring continued benefits from the amount paid.
