How to Fix Moves PaymentErrors
If your customers are reporting an error message similar to the image above, then the reason is your Moovs Payment hasn’t completed its initial setup and verification.
To fix this, all you need to do is to access your Settings>General>Payments>Complete Account Setup

Once you have completed your Account Setup, you should be able to start accepting credit card payments on your platform!
