Dispatch Alerts are a short-hand way of communicating essential items about the reservation to the driver and internally with your administrative team.

From the Reservation page the Dispatch Alerts are located in the Dispatch block. These can be clicked to select them as on/visible/highlighted in blue to the Drivers, or off/grey.

In the Dispatch view the Alerts are able to be selected and viewed also.

They are displayed on the Driver app as icons
