Making a reservation in Moovs is a very simple process and can be done while talking with the booking contact over the telephone, transcribed from a text message or email.

First click Reservations, then Create to open the reservations drawer. The reservation details can be entered in whatever order you receive them in.

A vehicle is a required field and if Base Rate Automation is set to on, Moovs generates a rate based on the vehicle setup this can be selected in the price field, or a price can be manually entered (as demonstrated).

From the operator's side of generating a reservation, a method of payment is not required to complete the reservation. You can click Save, or Save and Send Email for Moovs to send out the confirmation email to the booking contact.
