Step 1: Get Driver's App Link
Go to Drivers: In Moovs, navigate to Settings > Drivers.
Select Driver: Click the driver you need to manage.
Copy Link: On their profile, click the (...) menu and select "Copy Driver App Link."
Open Link: Paste the link into a new browser tab and press Enter.
Step 2: Go to Availability Calendar
Access Availability: On the driver's app page, click "My Availability" at the top right.
View Calendar: This will take you to their availability calendar.
Step 3: Clear All Existing Availability
Click Schedule: On the calendar, click any "available" schedule block.
Delete Schedule: In the pop-up, click "Delete."
Confirm Deletion: Click "Yes, delete all."
Note: This deletes that block and all future recurring instances for that day.
Repeat: Continue deleting all remaining availability blocks until the calendar is empty.
Step 4: Create New Availability for Each Day
Click Empty Slot: On the calendar, click an empty time slot for a day you want to set availability. This will open an "Add Event" window.
Select "Available": Make sure the "Available" button (with the green checkmark) is selected.
Set "FROM" Date: Click the calendar icon to select the start date.
Set "FROM" Time: Click the clock icon to set the start time.
Set "TO" Date: Click the calendar icon to select the end date.
Set "TO" Time: Click the clock icon to set the end time.
Optional: Repeat: If this availability repeats, check the "Repeat" box and configure the recurrence options.
Add Event: Click the blue "Add" button to save the new availability.
Repeat: Add new availability blocks for every day the driver is available.
