How Does the Passenger App Work?

Booking a ride with the Passenger App is easy, quick, and personalized to your needs. Here’s how you can make the most of it:

Step 1: Sign In or Create an Account

  • Download the Passenger App from your device’s app store.

  • If it’s your first time, tap Sign up to create your account. For returning users, simply log in with the same phone number you’ve used before.

  • After entering your phone number, you’ll receive a one-time code via SMS—just enter it, and you’re in!

Step 2: Start a Trip or Request a Quote

  • Once logged in, you’ll land on the Home screen. Tap Create a Trip to either make a reservation or request a quote, depending on your needs.

  • Enter your trip details, including:

    • Trip type (e.g., round trip, one-way)

    • Order type

    • Date and time

    • Pick-up and drop-off addresses

    • Number of passengers

  • After filling in these details, click Next Step to choose a vehicle.

Step 3: Select Your Vehicle and Confirm Your Ride

  • Choose the vehicle that best fits your needs. In some cases, you may see the price displayed, depending on the settings of the operator.

  • After selecting your vehicle, tap Next Step to review all your trip details, add payment information if needed, and confirm your booking or quote request.

A Simple, Smooth Experience Every Time

  • The app mirrors the booking experience you’d have using the operator’s website, ensuring a consistent and easy-to-follow process.

  • Once your reservation is complete, you can view and manage your bookings directly in the app.
