Adding/Updating Banking for Payouts

Moovs payments allow you to connect to the bank you'd like to receive your payouts.

Moovs payments also allow you to set up deposit collection preferences for new reservations, ensuring a smooth payment process.

Adding a Bank Account

Setting Up Payment Preferences for Deposits

To configure deposit collection for new reservations:

  1. Navigate to the Settings menu in the Moovs app.

  2. Select Customer Portal and then go to the Payment tab.

  3. Under the Reservation Payment Preference section, choose the option that enables deposit collection. This ensures that any future reservations automatically request the deposit amount during payment.

To add a bank account, start by navigating to Settings -> General -> Payments. From here, click on "Add Bank Account" and enter the requested information. Once done, click on "Complete account setup" and ensure all required fields in the form are filled before saving. When the setup is complete, payouts will be directed to the connected bank account.

Updating your Bank Account

To update the bank you'd like to receive payouts, simply follow the steps above but then click on the three dots next to the new account and select "Make Default for Currency."

Note: Payments made in Moovs take 2-3 business days to deposit into your connect account.
