Settings in Moovs are an essential first step in completing your account setup and should be completed prior to any onboarding session with the Moovs Success Team.

To access General Settings log in to Moovs by visiting operator.moovsapp.com and use your credentials (email and password).

Once logged in, in the lower left click on More, then Settings and your General Settings page with populate.

Some of the fields already have entries, these automatically populate from the account setup.

It is important to review each line in this section of the setup to ensure business accuracy as these entries are used in other Moovs functions, such as email confirmations.
