2. Click on the Pricing tab on that Vehicle's right drawer

On this tab you will see you Transfer Pricing and your Hourly Pricing

Transfer Pricing
​
Minimum Total Base Rate - Will be the minimum price of your rides

Tripe Rate per Mile - Your trip rate per mile will be calculated once it exceeds your Minimum Total Base Rate

Deadhead Rate per Mile - The term Deadhead is the period of time, or distance, that your drivers are without a passenger onboard.

Hourly Pricing

Total Deadhead Duration - For hourly trips Total Deadhead Duration is the number of hours you are willing to travel without charging the customer.

Weekday Hourly Rate - This will be your hourly rate for the weekdays
​
Weekday Hourly Minimum - This will be your minimum hours for the weekdays
​
Weekend Hourly Rate - This will be your hourly rate for the weekends
​
Weekend Hourly Minimum - This will be your minimum hours for the weekends

3. Once you are done setting up your Transfer and Hourly Pricing, you would need to enable your Base Rate Automation toggle switch at the bottom of the Pricing Tab Drawer

4. Please go to the Customer Portal Settings tab of that vehicle and on that drawer, enable Display on Customer Portal and Enable Base Rate Automation on Customer Portal

5. Once everything is all set, you can go back to your Customer Portal, create a reservation and you'll see that your pricing will be displayed on step 2
