How to Add the Customer Portal Widget to Your Wix Website

Here's a step-by-step guide for adding the customer portal widget to your Wix website

  1. Log in to Your Wix Account:

    • Open your web browser and log in to your Wix account.

  2. Access Your Website Dashboard:

    • In the Wix dashboard, find and select the website you want to edit.

  3. Open up Settings:

    • In the left menu panel, scroll down and select Settings

  4. Add an Element:

    • Locate the place on your webpage where you want to add the customer portal widget. Click on "Add" or the plus icon to add a new element.

  5. Choose 'Custom code':

    • Search "Custom code" or scroll down and select "Custom code"

  6. Click on the 'Add Custom Code' button:

    • On the top right of page, click on the 'Add Custom Code' button

  7. Paste the Widget Code:

    • In the 'Paste the code snippet here' section, paste the customer portal widget code.

  8. Adjust Size and Position (if needed):

    • Resize and reposition the embedded widget as needed to fit your webpage layout.

  9. Select "Body - start":

    • Scroll down to the 'Place Code in' section and choose "Body - start"

  10. Apply:

    • Click the 'Apply' button

  11. Open up site to confirm widget has been added

    • Open up your site. You should see the widget successfully added!

  12. Test Connection in Moovs:
