Log in to Your Wix Account:
Open your web browser and log in to your Wix account.
Access Your Website Dashboard:
In the Wix dashboard, find and select the website you want to edit.
Open up Settings:
In the left menu panel, scroll down and select Settings
Add an Element:
Locate the place on your webpage where you want to add the customer portal widget. Click on "Add" or the plus icon to add a new element.
Choose 'Custom code':
Search "Custom code" or scroll down and select "Custom code"
Click on the 'Add Custom Code' button:
On the top right of page, click on the 'Add Custom Code' button
Paste the Widget Code:
In the 'Paste the code snippet here' section, paste the customer portal widget code.
Adjust Size and Position (if needed):
Resize and reposition the embedded widget as needed to fit your webpage layout.
Select "Body - start":
Scroll down to the 'Place Code in' section and choose "Body - start"
Apply:
Click the 'Apply' button
Open up site to confirm widget has been added
Open up your site. You should see the widget successfully added!
