How Do I Create A Reservation?

Creating a reservation as an operator is one of the most common tasks you will do in the software. Fortunately, learning how to do this is a very simple process.

Step 1

Under Reservations, click on Create and wait for the Reservation Drawer to pull up.

Step 2

Under Order Details, select the booking contact by searching for the contact. You can also create a new contact by clicking on the drop-down arrow and selecting Create New Contact.

Step 3

Select the Trip Type

Step 4

Add Pick-Up Date & Time

Step 5

Enter the Trip Details and make sure to select the correct address from the drop-down list before proceeding.

Pro Tip: Need to add multiple stops? Just click Add Stop in between of Pick-Up and Drop-Off. You may also add multiple stops and re-arrange them by dragging and dropping the address.

Step 6

Under Additional Info, add the Passenger Count, Trip Notes, Luggage (if applicable)

Step 7

Select the Vehicle for the trip and click Add Vehicle

Step 8

Under Pricing, Click on the Lightning Icon (If Base Rate Automation is Enabled) to automate the price for the trip. Click on Add Pricing and Add Promo Code (if applicable) if you want to add custom pricing items on the trip.

Step 9

Add the customer’s credit card information (if applicable)

Step 10

Choose what happens before finalizing your Reservation.
