Moovs has a number of places that notes can be left for different purposes. Maybe most importantly are those that are for the drivers as they are in the field and need communication to be accurate and accessible.

While building the reservation notes for the driver that are specific to each location, a gate or access code for the pick up address for example, can be added in the Notes section specific to that location.

This can be viewed in the Reservation screen, but also by the Driver within the app.

The other place that more general notes can be left is the Driver Notes.

Again, visible to the driver all within the App, but visible in a different way and not specific to a location, but the reservation and/or its passengers.
