If you, or one of your Members, needs to reset their Moovs password, follow the steps below.

Logout if currently logged into Moovs. Select "Forgot Password" from the login screen and enter the email address you use to log in.

Once you click on "Send Email," Moovs will email you a one-time link that can be used to reset your password.

Note: Links are one-time use and expire within five minutes. If you receive an error when clicking on the link, you will need to request a new one by following the process above.
