US carriers like AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon are implementing stricter measures to combat fraudulent messages. If you’re sending texts to US numbers through Moovs, you must complete US carrier registration to ensure message delivery.
Who Needs to Register?
Any business sending text messages to US numbers through Moovs.
This applies whether or not you have a US EIN or other business ID.
Why Register?
Prevent message filtering by US carriers.
Improve text deliverability rates.
Avoid service interruptions that could impact your Moovs messaging.
How to Register as a Business with an EIN or Business ID:
Ensure you have a valid EIN or another business identification number.
Access the US carrier registration form in your Moovs workspace (must be an Admin or Owner).
How to Register Without an EIN (Sole Proprietors):
Provide a US or Canadian address and a working +1 mobile number.
Only one phone number can be registered for texting if you do not have an EIN.
Important to Note:
Registration is mandatory to continue sending texts to US numbers.
Previous carrier registrations do not transfer when porting numbers to Moovs.
If you cancel your Moovs subscription and don’t restore it within 30 days, your carrier registration will end.
